Secret technique cards are the ougi cards from Lucky V.
Cards and their effects:
-Ace - Transforms ppl into Lucky V
-2 - Summons the arsenal of the Lucky V, like the Mecha and the weapons.
-3 - Initiates a standard attack Lucky Ougi. Can be physical or elemental.
-4 - Initiates a standard defense Lucky Ougi. Can be physical or elemental, and it protects the performer.
-5 - Initiates a standard trick-based Lucky Ougi. For example: invisivility, clone, time and space manipulation, etc.
-6 - Initiates a standard curing Lucky Ougi. It can be rapid wound healing, poison cancel, etc.
-7 - Initiates a standard move-based Lucky Ougi. It can be teletransportation, lightspeed moving, flying, etc.
-8 - Allows the user to scan stuff. Like thermoscan, monster analysis, etc.
-9 - Initiates a special Lucky Ougi that other cards can't afford to perform.
-10 - Initiates the most powerful standard Lucky Ougi, like the Kaminari Issen (Lightning Flash), the Honoo no Kobushi (Fist of Flames), the Blazing Stream and the Legend Flash.
-K - Allows the mecha to combine into the gianto robotto.
